Types of Counselor Positions

The Refuge offers two types of staff positions; High School Staffers (Counselor in Training) and Cabin Counselors.

High School Staffers are opportunities for students entering 10-12 grades that can join camp and be partnered with a cabin counselor or staffer to experience serving at camp.

Cabin Counselor positions are open to anyone 18 or older that are excited to serve students!
