Types of Staff Positions
Counselors
The Refuge offers two types of counselor positions: Counselor-in-Training and Adult Cabin Counselors.
Counselors-in-Training is an opportunity for students entering 10-12 grades to join camp and be partnered with a cabin counselor to experience serving at camp.
Cabin Counselor positions are open to anyone 18 or older that are excited to serve students! A background check is required and will be initiated upon receipt of your application.
Program Staff
The Refuge offers two types of program staff positions: A-Team and Program Staff.
Serving with the A-Team is an opportunity for students entering 10-12 grades to join camp and work with the Activities Director and Rotation Director to help provide engaging camp activities. The A-Team includes devotional times and discipleship conversations.
Program Staff positions are open to anyone 18 or older that are excited to serve students in a variety of support roles! A background check is required and will be initiated upon receipt of your application.
